I have been going through El Lex looking for ways to simplify the wording to make it more understandable to people are like me, uneducated and a little on the dumb side. I will continue this work for the foreseeable future.

I thank the Minister for his very rapid reply and dispute his self-characterization as "uneducated and a little on the dumb side." I will check back later this term.
