Joint Statement from the Progressive Alliance and the Union of Free Reformists
The Progressive Alliance and the Union of Free Reformists would like to announce a new agreement between the two parties, building on the success of the recent parliamentary pairing which has led to greater levels of trust and cooperation. The Progressive Alliance has agreed to abstain on votes on The Broosking Swing Mitigation Amendment (62RZ08) and The Pseudo-Real Cosă Act (62RZ11), allowing both to pass. For their part, the Union of Free Reformists has agreed to abstain on the vote on the budget bill of 62RZ06, as well as abstaining on all future confidence votes for the remainder of the 62nd Cosa. To the extent that the late agreement means that MZs are unable to change their votes as specified and possibly resulting in an unintended outcome, both parties also agree that they will abstain on the next Clark on fundamentally similar bills, acting in good faith to uphold their parts of the bargain.
