WHEREAS, the current definition of His Majesty's Loyal Opposition sometimes leads to ambiguous results; and

WHEREAS, this is an issue that has been building over time, and is worth fixing now; and

WHEREAS, a simple alteration will avoid future ambiguity while remaining easy to understand; then

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that Title H of El Lexhatx, Section 4.3, which currently reads

is hereby amended to read
