Good evening, fellow Talossans!

The Directorate of STUFF, an office of the Royal Civil Service, is pleased to announce that we are accepting requests for Talossan identification cards.

Here's how the process works:

• Take the Civics Test (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfKGMwZUAwalFACvSyaRmzTI7HQhtZ7aa7widw1z7nDBR69uQ/viewform?usp=dialog). This is an open-book quiz on Talossan knowledge, which I have just combed through in the last few days to make sure it's up to date on factual accuracy. You need to get 75% right to earn a passing grade.
• Fill out the Application Form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfYSz1rztE2LfZtRkjuc3Sk-uTz_4ui8tJvG7-vyOcLA5EOSg/viewform?usp=dialog). Please be assured that all information collected as part of this process is deleted after receipt of the ID by the applicant, for data protection.
• Once you've passed the Civics Test and gotten your Application submitted, I'll reach out via PM here on Witt just to confirm that everything looks good.
• The best part is that you will receive your own Talossan ID! The second best part is, you don't need to pay for it!

I will be closing applications when one of two criteria is met:

• Applications will close no later than Wednesday, 1 April.
• Applications may close sooner if I receive nine valid applications. Nine IDs are what fit on one sheet at the printer, so it makes sense to try and maximize an order if possible.

Just in case it needs to be clarified, macronational authorites will not recognize these, so we do not recommend using them as a valid form of identification when it really counts.

I'll be putting up a tracker spreadsheet similar to the previous one, sometime during March, just whenever I get a good moment.

That's why I already have a Polish ID.

What a crazy thing, this inspired me to make a concept for a driving licence card.

Sounds like an interesting idea - in the US that would be by state (province) so maybe a CZ one would be appropriate first.

Good evening all! Just to provide a quick update:

No one actually applied for a new ID prior to the deadline's expiration, unfortunately.

However, there was one citizen who was waiting on their ID from a previous round, and two more who did fill out the old MinSTUFF application late last year, including passing their Civics Tests, so I'm treating these three as the current "batch" of IDs.

I am currently still waiting to hear back from two of the applicants regarding some of their info. Since there are only three cards to make, the workload on my end will be pretty light. If everyone communicates on a reasonably-timely basis, I believe the initial target can be met of having these in the mail by the start of the Sixth Clark at the beginning of July.

The citizen in question is free to submit an updated photo if they would like, yes. :P

Citizens are welcome to fill out the application and take the Civics Test whenever they would like. However, in order to keep things moving on the current batch of ID cards, applications received after the deadline will simply make up part of the next group of IDs.

Alright, whenever I'll get myself to take a decent photo, I'll send it over.

Are there any costs connected to this? If it was mentioned in the post, I'm truly sorry as I read it quickly.
