August-September 2026 General Election - Wittenberg Polling StationThe General Election is now open, and will remain so until September 1st at 5 PM (17:00) TDT (22:00 UTC).
Ballots will be sent shortly after this post is up. If you don't receive yours, or spot a potential error, you should PM/email me or post on the feedback thread (https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=5434.0).
Live turnout (net me getting around to manually enter votes received outside the new Database) can be found here (https://database.talossa.com/elections/august-2026-elections).
HOW TO VOTEYou can vote in either of the following ways:
- by casting an electronic ballot on the Database: https://database.talossa.com/elections/august-2026-elections/vote (you will need the Personal Security Code (PSC) you received in your ballot email, or a Database account)
- by posting on Wittenberg on the official polling place thread (this one)
- by compiling the PDF ballot included with the ballot email (either digitally or by printing and scanning) and sending it by email to the same address you received your ballot from
- by compiling the PDF ballot included with the ballot email and sending it by post (snail mail) - contact the Secretary of State for instructions
Either way,
the first vote I receive is the one that counts. As per the Organic Law, all votes are final, and cannot be retracted, modified or altered in any way: if multiple votes are sent, only the first one is counted. The only exception is that if you vote on the Cosa part, but forgot to vote on the Senate part, you may cure your ballot by adding your Senate vote before the election deadline.
IF YOU'RE VOTING ON WITTENBERGRemember to vote on all parts of the ballot. If you only specify a party, your vote will only count for the Cosă. Descriptions and details about all items on the ballot follow below.
These can also be read in more detail on the
Pienamaintsch àl Papel Electoral (Supplement to the Ballot) that you can find in your ballot email, or at either of these links: TalossaWiki (https://wiki.talossa.com/images/f/ff/63_Cosa_Pienamaintsch.pdf) GoogleDrive (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1njogxDYEmTnZZ0gaOgMFqDoyxZ23ZEhJ/view?usp=drive_link)
