I am a bit confused by Mic'haglh's claim of a genuine apology being needed. I apologized for a second time on July 23rd:

I did acknowledge the impact on Luc without any self-defensive qualifications. I can't do anything if it is not accepted but this apology was made over a month ago.
I know the URL wants to continue fighting but it is important that we are honest this is no longer about an apology or protecting people. It is a campaign of harassment aimed at driving someone out of public life. A campaign that has failed for well over a year now.
