Doggone it, I know I logged in more recently than two weeks ago, to at least check for DM's, yet somehow the DM's reminding me about the election (dating from the 15th onward) and asking for my vote never appeared until today! Weird glitch. Oh well.

I have probably learned from this section that democracy in our country was running at that time.
Brief update on electoral certification: as of a couple days ago, one member has wrapped up his job and voted to certify with no concerns raised, while I haven't heard anything back from the other two (one of them has not engaged at all beyond confirming his willingness to serve, almost two months ago).
We will wrap up on the 15th as per the default deadline. I'm sorry to say that the recurring problem of inactive commissioners, despite specific pleas from myself at the beginning of the process, is noted and will be addressed in time for the next General Election.
The deadline for certification having passed, the Electoral Commission has voted to certify the results. Pursuant to Lex.E.B.13.7, I declare the commission dissolved, with many thanks to all three members for their service.

Quick fee check: I think all parties but IG/A-S had paid prior to the election, and I've been told (but not verified by BoIR) that Garth did pay his fee around the end of August. So I think everyone is free to assign seats.
As for the Senate, I believe Eðo and Mic'haglh have paid their winner's fee (also pending BoIR verification) and
@Baron Alexandreu Davinescu either still has to pay or hasn't announced he already paid.

there was a problem with burgermeister@talossa.com email and I now have fixed that with Danhiel.
I do see some funds that are trying to be sent from Canadian banks for which I do not have access. Currently Zelle, PayPal and Venmo are ways to send funds to the Kingdom, or a paper check is possible.
