Someone requested a map of catchment areas. While making it, I found that one state and one country are not assigned to anywhere. This is a placeholder for an act that would assign Maine and Tuvalu to provinces.
Does Greenland need assignment, or is that covered by Denmark?
EDIT: There's a lot of territories not on here, actually, so maybe I should just make a catchall clause for places like Niue (although I would be very surprised if any Niueans want to immigrate anywhere... an amazing little island but also amazingly small).

About 90% of Niueans live in Auckland, New Zealand. Lots of waves of immigration due to cyclones and simply because there's not much to do on "the rock". You see their flag flying quite a lot in West Auckland and they're mainstays of local churches and rugby clubs.
In any case, Niue like Tokelau is part of the "Realm of New Zealand" (like Greenland is part of the Kingdom of Denmark)
Makes sense. Such an astonishing place. My wife bought a history of Niue when she spent a week there, and it's just a spiral-bound photocopy that a guy who lives there made.
