Anyhoo, just checking to see if I'm still Talossan. Fairly confident I didn't vote or fill out a census. Was there a census?

Looking at the database, you are still an active citizen.
It's true you have no recorded Census responses, and you didn't vote in the 56th Cosa election, but you cast a vote of PRESENT in the 55th Cosa election, which was held less than two years ago, so you're still a citizen.

So I need to vote at least every two years and/or fill out a census? I think I can swing that.
