17.1. At any time between the Election Deadline and the following Dissolution of the Cosa, any Member of the Cosa shall be empowered to publish and open for signatures a petition nominating an eligible person for the office of Túischac'h. (54RZ21) repealing both (50PD01) (52RZ3)
17.2. Once a petition is published, any eligible Member of the Cosa shall be empowered to second the nomination by countersigning the petition in public. (54RZ21) repealing both (50PD01) (52RZ3)
17.3. Members may not second multiple nominations concurrently; if a Member wishes to support a different petition, he/she shall first publicly retract the earlier countersignature. (54RZ21) repealing both (50PD01) (52RZ3)
17.4. Following any number of petitions, presented as above and supporting the same candidate, being signed or counter-signed by members currently representing an absolute majority of seats in the Cosa, the candidate named in the petition(s) shall be declared by the Secretary of State to be the Túischac'h. (54RZ21) repealing both (50PD01) (52RZ3)
17.5. Petitions may not be carried over from one vacancy in the office of Seneschal to Túischac'h. Once a Túischac'h is elected as above, all petitions shall be made moot. (54RZ21) repealing both (50PD01) (52RZ3)
As such, nominations are now open.

If the Assembly vote for me I will be ready to serve this great nation with all my heart.
It would be nice to have a live Cosa at least once during the mandate or even every month if the members of the Cosa accept.

Do you mean an actual
Living Cosa, or like a Cosa meeting held over Zoom or a similar program?
I don't like to rain on anyone's fun parade, but the Túischac'h is a member of the CRL, the committee which proofreads all legislation before it gets Clarked.
This isn't just a silly do-nothing post with a funny hat. It's a post for someone who is capable and interested in seriously examining legislation for errors.
I think the Túischac'h should be someone with skills in that regard. Preferably someone from the non-Government parties.
Do I'm the right person for the job maybe not? But the nomination warms my heart. But to call me do-nothing WOW!... You want the citizens to be more active but when we try we have received a volley of green wood for years. Do you know who I am ? I'm not a child, I'm 42 and have a master's degree in public administration. I was also a political attaché for 12 years in both Ottawa and Quebec. So no, I don't see my involvement for 25 years now as that of a clown. When I asked if the government would do anything for my still 25 years of citizenship, the response was a long curly silence.
So please can we put the insults aside? We are all working for the future of the kingdom of Talossa. A compromise is necessary, and I will now defend a constitutional monarchy like the one in Canada, tradition and democracy can go together. Forward my braves.

I would like to nominate Baron Alexandreu Davinescu, if he were interested in the role.
If I understand correctly, the Túischac'h's only regular duty is to serve on the CRL. They also help advise the Chancery and can fire the Secretary of State, but their only statutory duty is in the CRL to proofread bills. In theory they could also issue recommendations, but that doesn't look like it's ever happened. So it's basically a proofreading job.
