It has not -- I have alerted the Minister that it needs some modification first. Per Lexh.C.1.2.2.5.2, we cannot be communicating anything about the FDT convention. I apologize for not catching this before publication during the review period.

It was also never emailed to me. Copying it from Witt involved manually changing the fonts, etc. not that I would have sent it out with the political stuff included.
