Report of the Burgermeister of Inland Revenue for the period 03 Oct 2023 to 30 Nov 2023.

(i) Balances of Treasury accounts as of 30 November:

ℓ805.89 ($1,210.04) Kingdom of Talossa savings account at Ally.com bank currently earning 4.25% APY,
held in trust by Istefan Perþonest with third party administration by Burgermeister of Inland Revenue X. Pol Briga.
(note the $1248.25 reported in https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=2773.0 was an error.  On 3 October that amount should have been listed as $1201.65)
Transactions prior to 30 November include adding interest of $4.12 on 10 Oct and $4.27 on 10 Nov.

NOTE: There have been recent statements from PayPal about upcoming regulation to "Avoid  a  hold  and  24%  IRS  backup  withholding  when  you're paid.  Add  your  tax  ID"  These assets are currently attributed to Istefan Perþonest and should transition to an account for a not-for-profit organization representing the Kingdom of Talossa.  To my knowledge the Kingdom does not yet have an EIN or other tax ID.

(ii) Non-cash tangible assets:

As donated by the Burgermeiser - 50 pack of non machineable black bubble mailers (value $8.95), sheet of 20 USPS non machineable stamps (value $21.20) and labels for mailing stamps and coins.

No sales, 1 used on each of 2 shipments of coins next to address label across from USPS postage.
