What's to stop France from annexing you back? Is your barbed wire better quality? Are they unaware of your existence? Or just indifferent?

According to the 1992
History of Talossa, KR1 formally notified the French government of the annexation by nailing a postcard to the internal wall of one of the German WW2 forts on Cézembre, so obviously they must have taken notice of
that.
