Eðo Grischun and XPB have tied for winner of this month's Caption contest with "The Secretary of State reacts to the volume of Bills being piled onto the first Clark of the new Cosa session!" and Ariçarh, zuerieir da Pengöpäts! Arise, warriors of Pengöpäts!" respectively.  Our impartial judge was unable to choose between the two.
