- VoC - passed
@Jordan Placie did not vote for a second consecutive time and his seats have therefore been vacated under El Lex. IV.5.
@Ian Plätschisch is notified of the need to reassign the 18 seats.

I give one seat to MC Itravilatx and two seats each to MCs Siervicul and Roibeardescu (which should make all of them have 20), and give the rest back to MC Placie.
