Pienamaintschen (http://wiki.talossa.com/Talossan_language#Talossan_3.0_.28after_the_Arestad.C3.A2_of_2007.29) were the "updates" to our national vocabulary, El Tresiour, necessitated by the CÚG's various reforms issued as Arestadas.

I wonder whether @El Duceu dàl SIGN could possibly provide a Pienamaintsch to get us from either KR1-era Talossan, or from the Talossan last updated by the CÚG, to the spelling envisaged by the Provisional Rules? Or give others a hint so we could write it ourselves? To give an example, what would be the rules by which I could transform this (written in KR1-era Talossan) into Provisional Rules Talossan, or Talossan 4.0 as I call it?

Is there anyone around with the time and enthusiasm to get started on this? We need it before the Provisional Rules can be useful to average people who just have the 2.1 or 3.0 materials and want to write "New Reunision Talossan".
