I'm sorry to hear this, Breneir. All too well do I know the pain you're going through, and if there is any way I can help, just let me know.

(I mean both on a personal note, as well as with the convention. When is the conference on Saturday?)

Any further discussion on this one, or should we be ready to queue it for the next Honours?

Quote from: Sir Txec dal Nordselvă, UrB on June 14, 2023, 08:01:41 PMI'm good with this blazon:

Quarterly vert and gules, in chief dexter palewise a muted horn argent, over all a cross ermine.

Sounds good to me!

Emblazonment updated as requested, but still waiting for a clarification on the blazon.

Quote from: þerxh Sant-Enogat on June 08, 2023, 04:42:12 PMEstimat Squirrel Viceroy of Arms,
Are there other duties to be fulfilled on my side to have my request for Arms presented for St Aaron's day ?

Once the Dean accepts the blazon and emblazonment, it will be presented to the king. I made an observation as to the proper blazon, and so far have had no reply from The Long Fellow, @Mic'haglh Autófil, MC EiP.

Have patience, this will get done, but a good grant of arms is always worth waiting for!

I'm ok with changing the color of the mute -- in my experience, mutes usually look like this, which is why I used the red. (And to answer the Noir Raven Herald's assumption, correct -- a more bugle-like shape was requested as it has the happy coincidence of resembling S:reu Sant-Enogat's first initial of Þ.

However, would a horn in dexter not simply be to the viewer's left, with the vertical positioning indeterminate? Would something like in chief dexter be more appropriate?

Following consultation with the requestor, I submit the following blazon:

Quarterly vert and gules, I. palewise a muted horn argent, over all a cross ermine.

Not sure if it would be easier to say "palewise a muted horn argent in the canton", I know traditionally quarters are referred to using Roman numerals, but open to suggestions.

Quote from: Baron Alexandreu Davinescu on June 05, 2023, 08:09:17 AMI made it bigger and it looked a lot better, but you're right.  It definitely lacks a lot of the same zest of the crown.

Inaccuracy to the real article notwithstanding, there's always the possibility of adding some of the embellishments placed on visors of real-world officers of higher rank (colloquially known as "scrambled eggs", especially when gold in color). Lemme see what I can find tonight that might look good.

Quote from: Baron Alexandreu Davinescu on June 04, 2023, 06:47:22 PMSome folks won't like the idea of a change, and I understand that.  Even if people are willing to change the crown emblem, it might take a while.  It took eleven years from when I first brought up the problem with the Cosa and Senats arms to when they were eventually changed!  But whether or not folks come around to my point of view: I love this and we can use it!  Thanks!  Can you upload an SVG?

Done and done!

Quote from: Mic'haglh Autófil, MC EiP on May 22, 2023, 03:13:34 AMBased on the various images on the wiki (both of KR1 and Art Verbotten) it would appear that we could make a vector of a peaked cap work, altering it to be more accurate to the crown in appearance. It does not necessarily have to be exact -- some artistic license is acceptable -- but that could make for a good starting point.

As a follow-up to this:

@Üc R. Tärfă if you wanted to even put this into the Lesser Arms to see how it looks, or I could, either or. Up to you. (Just need to group things right within the .svg)

Quote from: Eiric S. Bornatfiglheu on June 03, 2023, 03:29:28 AMWith a tie that far down the line... I think it just might be "draw from a hat" time.

In that case, in my executive capacity as Maestro of Benito, I have undertaken to solve this issue myself. Using pickerwheel.com, and with the four remaining possible parties weighted equally, I have found that the final seat is awarded to the PdR.

Certification Link: https://pickerwheel.com/cert/?id=H64D5Z
Wheel Image:

As a result, the final seat tally is as follows:

Free Democrats of Talossa: 3 seats (Leader: @Antaglha Xhenerös Somelieir )
New Peculiar Way: 3 seats (Leader: @Eiric S. Bornatfiglheu
Parti da Reformaziun: 2 seats
DIEN: 1 seat (Leader: @Munditenens Tresplet )
Parti Tafialista: 1 seat (Leader: @Marcel Eðo Pairescu Tafial, UrGP )
Talossan National Congress: 1 seat (Leader: @Breneir Tzaracomprada )

I invite all party leaders to assign seats accordingly. The PdR shall assign their seats to Mic'haglh Autofil.

Quote from: Audrada Roibeardet on May 31, 2023, 02:04:40 PMWhat happened to the "tourism" shirts? The provincial ones. I swear there was a post somewhere about those.

I believe those were from Dr. Montagnha, no?

Quote from: Baron Alexandreu Davinescu on May 29, 2023, 12:19:32 PMSeems like a no!  Perhaps @Mic'haglh Autófil, MC EiP would like to take this on, instead -- S:reu Long Fellow, how about it?

-Dean of the Coletx

I would be happy to! S:reu Sant-Enogat, I'll be messaging you momentarily.

You may be glad to hear that I am ahead of you on this step, haha.
