On the last article, the definition of Opposition currently includes DIEN, despite being classified as "External support" (see the Wiki entry related to current Cosa).
What happens if the 2 biggest Opposition parties have the same number of seats ? Should there be a vote among Opposition MCs between the 2 leaders, followed by a toss if a tie ?

if not, the current 1.2.2 should be renumbered 1.2.3, and a new 1.2.4 should be created with your proposal of replacement for 1.2.3

Glüc has a point here, surely it should be stated in a possible decision that the Black & White flag may still be used to represent our Province in all occasions in absence of the new flag.
Anyway, this may only happen after a referendum, as the description of our flag is a part of our Constutution, Chapter I article 6.

Even if I love Brittany a lot, I am kind of annoyed that we share the same flag.
For our beloved Province, what would you think about some slight changes to our flag?
It can be as simple as using the Bicoloreu Green colour instead of black, for the whole flag or for the stripes only?

Hmmm.. Cézembre's could be actually, no debate on the various shades of our colours.
But may be we should discuss about some variation which would differentiate our provincial flag from Britany's Gwenn ha Du
