Fiôvâ / Re: Fiovan bikes.

I just noticed there was a thread about bikes. A discussion elsewhere prompted me to come back "home" for awhile.

Anyway, currently I have two functional bikes. I have a Cinelli Tipo Pista that's collecting dust and a Charge Cooker that's acting as my daily commuter. The Cinelli is still a nice bike but I've kinda fallen out of love with it. The Cooker is a decent 1x mountain bike that I bought last year so I could commute through the snow.

I'm currently buying parts to build a bike for my birthday. The frame is a State All-Road, the wheels are DT Swiss and the components are Shimano. When it's all done, it will have a 1x11 drivetrain. The cassette is 11 through 32 and the crank set has a 40 tooth chainring. I might bump it up to a 42. Once I get that built, there will be photos. I might even take the pictures in Talossa.

As for crazy cycling stories, I don't think I have many. I've been told that the distances I ride are crazy but I don't think 100km is THAT crazy.

How's my sash holding up these days? It's my only physical contribution to the Kingdom. Haha!

Wittenberg / Guess who's back, back again.

Azul everyone!

The past year has been wild!

All is well with me now but I had a few things happen that I don't really want to discuss openly.

Anyway, I'm back. I'm looking forward to lurking in the shadows and being sarcastic.

Also, I moved and now I'm "Talossa Adjacent". I've been cycling around Talossa a lot and it's pretty not so bad. The Mar is really cool and I think Florencia is fun.

Sorry, wasn't paying attention. I wasn't planning anything but if there's enough interest, I guess we can shoot.

I'm sorry to hear about your current situation. I will never say I know how you feel (I find that condescending) but know that if you need to talk, I'm hear to listen. That goes for all Talossans.

A proper flag would be nice but I'm more interested in your pony (i.e. your bicycle). ;)

It's refreshing to see a prospective citizen engaging right off the bat.

Wittenberg / Happy Pride Month!

June is Pride Month. The LGBTQ community is alive and well here in Talossa, making our nation a diverse and inclusive place.

For those of you celebrating in America, I recommend that you do so with caution. Have fun but stay safe.

What happened to the "tourism" shirts? The provincial ones. I swear there was a post somewhere about those.

Sorry I missed it. I'll make it to the next one.
