Clearly the Government is experiencing difficulties. As I have learned publicly on Wittenberg and Discord and privately in direct communication with the Seneschal on Whatsapp. Full disclosure I've offered my support in return for progress on Chancery Reform. But as I've stated the work of the Opposition must continue. I ask this question as a part of that effort as a party outside the Ziu but committed to accountable government.

I am not sure if there is some behind-the-scenes work on convening a live Cosa session at some point but Fora Talossa remains open to publicizing the session as well. We have had a couple within the last two cosas so it would be a good trend to continue.

There have now been three editions of the Talossan Book of Cuisine. For this fourth edition the collection period for recipes will be an extended one. We do not plan to publish until sometime in February or March 2024. But I am nonetheless delighted to open the recipe submission period!

The Chancery has indicated the certification of the provincial election results.

Pursuant to Section 4(a) of the Florencian Constitution: "No later than ten days following the conclusion of each provincial election, the Governor of Florencia shall have determined and announced the total number of seats for the incoming Nimlet, which number shall be equal to the number of ballots returned in the election, less those returned indicating "Present", and augmented by one additional seat for each incumbent Senator for Florencia, and one additional seat for the Governor;" The total number of non-Present provincial ballots returned was 7.

Pursuant to Section 4(b) There is also one seat for the incumbent Senator and incumbent Governor.

I hereby appoint myself to the Governor seat and recognize that Mximo Carbonel as incumbent Senator is entitled to that seat as well.

The total number of seats in the Nimlet is therefore set at 9.

This leaves 7 seat unassigned by the party leaders.

Based on votes received:

Free Democrats (FreeDems) are entitled to 1 seat.
Talossan National Congress (TNC) is entitled to 6 seats.
