The sub-boards for the Cosa and Senate are visible for me under Thd Ziu main board, same thing for the club boards.
Personally, I'm not entirely in favor of making the provinces sub-boards, as to me this further minimizes them.

We abhor violence in all forms and expect that other developed nations should hold similar values. To that end, we hereby officially notify the government of the United States of America that we intend to levy sanctions against principal officers until the rule of law is fully restored and all citizens and residents of our macronational neighbor are treated with dignity and respect, in accordance with both the United States Constitution, and our own Covenants of Rights and Freedoms.
