The college has always been understaffed, and amongst those handful of people, they have a tendency to leave.

It's too early to start formal voting principles for promotions etc. Let us just work together for sometime, and then think of bringing some changes.

On this I'd be a stickler for rules.
If it's a question of being discouraged, the prospective armiger was never discouraged on that score.
Secondly, he first said Blue and then choose Purple. So there's anyways an affinity to Blue.
On the choice of discouraged colours, I'd probably like to grant them only to such candidates who claims certain affinity based on education, regionalism or something similar and which cannot be replaced.

Many an armiger here might want to replace charges and or colour if them were permitted in the present case. Strict interpretation have been used in the past, and ideally should continue.

Since our Seneschal is also the listed candidates for FREEDEMS, and likely to get a ZIU seat anyway, I would be voting in for myself for the Senate Seat.

Since for other Maricopans that might be an issue, I'd totally understand if you all voted for the listed candidate. Moreover, writing my full name "Béneditsch Ardpresteir" would be very difficult as most of you know me by my name of BenArd.

Purpure per se is not an acceptable colour here in Talossa.
So probably the Blue/Azure taht was expressed earlier may be considered.

I remember the designs well enough and can re-draw. However, the armigers must be having the images with them.

I guess I must be having those somewhere since I helped in those projects.

However, you would have to join as a Fellow, after passing an otherwise easy test.

The recent promotions as 'Heralds' were of one long-serving member of the College, whilst the other had often helped the members in an unofficial capacity over the years.
