This is such a surprise and an honour! My infinite thanks to the Premieir and Cunstaval!

As do I!

No particular interest stands out to me at the moment, but I always enjoy what you come up with.

Wittenberg / Re: [Culture] Poet Laureate Nomination

I wasn't sure if I needed to wait for this to be acknowledged by His Majesty, but I am greatly honoured and humbled by this recommendation. I can only hope to fill a portion of those footsteps left by @Óïn Ursüm.

Congratulations to all of the new knights and Medal recipients!

QuoteThe most detailed attempt at scansion and rhyme of the entrants, and very promising. It is particularly technically strong in the first few stanzas - after that there are a few specimens of broken metre, style, and rhyme - but this is ambitious and largely successful. The actual tale of the poem is baroque, something between Ray Bradbury and Stephen King, and is thoroughly enjoyed. The poem lends itself to enjoyment by reading or listening due to the previously mentioned dark and baroque voice.

High praise indeed!
Thank you so much to Breneir Tzaracomprada, Owen Edwards, and Poet Laureate Eoin Ursum for the opportunity to stretch my poetic muscles!

Are we going to get to see all of the entries? I'm interested to see what other people submitted!

Perhaps it could be placed on the Zouaves' article directly? Not sure we have enough "organizational heraldry" (yet -- cough) to justify its own section, but it would still be appropriate on the relevant organization's page.

This makes perfect sense. I've added it under the official logo on their wiki article.

This seems the most appropriate place to put this. I have updated the Arms of the Gentry page on the wiki with Antonio and my arms which were granted on Monarchy Day.

I also uploaded the Zouavs Achievement, but I wasn't sure what page it should go on.

Keeping in mind that our national cuisine is Taco Bell, I would think it should be something Mexican-inspired (but of a higher quality / more culturally accurate than TB, of course).

Not street food, but some of the best food I've ever eaten was at a hole-in-the-wall taco joint in San Diego. (Actually, lots of good food in SD, but that's beside the point.)

Elote perhaps?
