Reading El Lexhatx I found out a little thingy. The final line about the province of Maricopa says
Quote"Overseas, the nations of South America (except Brazil) and all of continental Central America."
I don't want to be that guy and I think you're absolutely right, living in Mexico I shall be asigned to Maricopa Province. But Mexico is actually North America too, not South nor Central America, and Mexico isn't mentioned anywhere in the text either.
I believe it's just a little thing worth bringing up since people in Mexico are often a little offended when people around the world (specially up north) say that it is a Central America Country (not my case, I know it's not something demeaning lol).
And personally I want to thank you for redirecting me to the Immigration appendix, it's really helpful. ;D
