Whereas, every Talossan goes through meaningful milestones over the course of their lives, and
Whereas, it is a reasonable prerogative of the Kingdom to participate in celebrating the most meaningful of these milestones, and
Whereas, the longevity of each citizen's membership in the Kingdom is one of the most meaningful of milestones for each Talossan.
Therefore, be it resolved:
That under the auspices of a program developed and administered by the Office of the Seneschal (Seneschal, Distain, or other official delegated responsibility) each citizen meeting specific time thresholds as a Talossan citizen, upon request to the Office of the Seneschal, will receive a signed certificate from the King and the incumbent Seneschal, and
That suggested citizenship milestones are 5 years, 10 years, 25 years, 50 years, and 75 years.

I just realized I have both ingredients to join this club:
-Old Forrester (the oldest continuously sold bourbon)
-The Moon is a Harsh Mistress by Robert Heinlein

In the interests of simplicity, there are two features of the National Webspace that I am proposing to shut down:
- the Talossan Job Centre (never used)
- the talossa.net social media hub - sometimes used but not nearly enough to be worth continuing to administer

For $400 we can sponsor a tree permanently in a Milwaukee park, for example. Or $250 for a personalized brick at the Milwaukee Humane Society. That's a little extravagant, I think (although it might be appropriate someday) but maybe there's something similar but less pricey we can do? Like maybe there's something similar with library donations, and we could maybe put together a donation of $100 in honour of Reunision. Or if even smaller than that, for $25 we can adopt an artifact from the historical society of the city in Art's name: https://milwaukeehistory.net/adopt-an-artifact/
