Every citizen is welcome to enlist in our ranks.
We are in a process of revitalizing the Zouaves and the Navy and we sure would be glad to count with you.

Last I heard, I was still Admiral of the Royal Talossan Navy. The head honcho, the big cheese. I'd heard rumors that others had higher authority than me in the Naval department, but I can't run a decent Navy paying attention to rumors, so I have largely ignored such idle chatter. If there are changes to be  made in how I run things, I'd like to know.
