I am interested to apply citizenship in this micronation because I am interested in becoming a citizen or even a leader in another country. And that's my childhood dream.

King Txec

The nice thing about Talossa is any one of us can become leaders of the country, and many of us have. New citizens can be automatically granted a seat in our legislature, the Cosa, and any citizen can rise to become Seneschal (Prime Minister). I was a very young citizen when I held that distinct honor. If you can dream it, in our little kingdom, you can practically do it.
TXEC R, by the Grace of God, King of Talossa and of all its Realms and Regions, King of Cézembre, Sovereign Lord and Protector of Pengöpäts and the New Falklands, Defender of the Faith, Leader of the Armed Forces, Viceroy of Hoxha and Vicar of Atatürk
