[Cantzelerïă/Chancery] Changes to Board

Baron Davinescu reminded me via his post about his party platform of a task I meant to accomplish some time back - that of renaming our boards to include the Talossan. With the help of Sir Marcel, I've renamed most of them as of this morning. I decided that since our glheþ naziunal is Talossan, putting the Talossan name first made the most sense.

If anyone sees any errors, please let me know so that I can make corrections. I also welcome other ideas to infuse el glheþ into our national webspace!
