Witt accounts disapeared for 3 prospective citizens ?

The following Prospective Immigrants accounts are not present anymore in the Witt Members list, the last 2 still being under assessment process for Immigration :

Unlikely for an admin to have deleted the accounts. Or is it? I mean all of those people mentioned were never active. Sent out a citizenship application and never did anything for it. That's weird to me.
