I believe they can already freely post and access that board, as it is public; or did you want either a private board or for them to be listed as moderators?

I apologize about the bother -- trying to get things set up!  If there's a way to give us the power to add or remove people to the private forum, that would be convenient, also -- save you the hassle.

The way I did this in the past is I created a Witt group for a political party and made the head of that party the group moderator. The group would be the only one with access to that particular board. This made it to where the group moderator/party leader could control who had access.

That is exactly the procedure, but I probably misunderstood the Baron's initial request thinking he wanted a public subboard only.
