I am sure we have some great cooks and bakers. I am sharing a pic of a Vanilla Bean Brown Butter Cheesecake I fixed last night.

Here's a pic of some Buldak Carbonara I made with loads of shredded gouda.

Latest baking adventure was a simple one. But I discovered I'm a huge fan of golden syrup. These are called Ginger Crunch which are a ginger shortbread base topped with a glaze made from butter, golden syrup, icing sugar, and ginger powder.

Thought to share this delicious Japanese street food we had for dinner tonight: okonomiyaki.
A pancake with shredded cabbage topped with bacon. Other toppings are bonito flakes, green onion, corn along with okonomiyaki sauce and kewpie mayo.
