Talossa's forgettable subculture, the Cjovani, emerge into the media spotlight with two issues of a new publication produced over the weekend. Harkening back to the golden age of self published "fanzines", "Politeia Cjovani" is as crude as its producers, going for the look of old, hand written 'zines you used to be able to get by snail mail back in the late eighties/early nineties. No discretely concealed dollars or stamps needed to read it, tho, you can view it all for free on Facebooks Witt page.
