I'm minded not to go further on this since contributions from the Opposition convinced me that this would not solve the problem which I had in mind.

Nonetheless, I wonder whether other members of the Ziu had any suggestion for reforms to the Terp process that would give the Túischac'h more authority over Terp threads to stop shenanigans and mischief on either end of the question-answer relationship.
