TXEC, by the Grace of God, King of Talossa and of all its Realms and Regions, King of Cézembre, Sovereign Lord and Protector of Pengöpäts and the New Falklands, Defender of the Faith, Leader of the Armed Forces, Viceroy of Hoxha and Vicar of Atatürk

WHEREAS there have come before Us certain honourable and dutiful citizens of Talossa; and 

WHEREAS this being the first anniversary of Our accession to the Throne; and 

WHEREAS We derive from Our Royal grace and favour both the commission and the power to confer honours upon Our citizens as a gift from Us for loyal service upon citizens to whom We are particularly inclined, and We issue in such matters these Letters Patent affixed with the Great Seal of the Kingdom; 

THEREFORE We grant the following EXTRAORDINARY HONOURS:

To Sir Iason Taiwos, for his long service as Admiral of Our Navy, We hereby admit him into Our Order of Knighthood L'Urderi dal Naziun and grant him the rank of Cnec'ht Cümandour (Knight Commander);

ALSO To Sir Istefan Perþonest, for his long service as Burgermeister of Inland Revenue and for his service on Our Uppermost Cort, We hereby admit him into Our Order of Knighthood L'Urderi dal Naziun and grant him the rank of Cnec'ht Cümandour (Knight Commander);

ALSO To Antaglha Xhenerös Somelieir, in recognition of her service to Our government, We admit her into L'Urderi dal Naziun with the rank of Uficieir del Úrderi dal Naziun (Officer of the Order of the Nation);

ALSO To Dame Miestra Schiva, in recognition for her long service as Seneschal, We appoint her to Our Privy Council;

Given under Our hand Royal at the city of Riverside this thirtieth day of November, in the year of salvation 2025, of the independence of Talossa the forty-sixth, and of Our reign the second.
