[COUNCIL] Election of a Governadeir (62nd Cosa)

Under Article III, Section 3 of the Belacostan Constitution, the first order of business for a newly-seated Provincial Council is the election of a Governadeir for the term. I open the floor for nominations.

Hearing no other nominations, in the interest of keeping things moving, I shall second my own nomination, bringing the election to a close.

I'm not sure what I feel about the same person holding two governorships at once. I would have probably voted differently if that appeared to be likely earlier.
