Fellow Talossans,

It is well and good to declare support for Ukraine in these trying times. However, being the unrecognized nation we are, we are rather limited in what concrete actions we can take to back up our words. Contributing financially is by far the most practical for those of us who are able.

Is the Government able to make a contribution to the Ukraine Crisis Fund? Or would this appropriation need to be approved by the Cosa?

Any extra-budget spending has to be approved by the Cosa, or by Prime Dictate, which would require the Seneschál's and the King's signatures.
