Hello all,

One of the goals of the Ministry of Finance this term is to issue a stamp to commemorate the late John Eiffler (AKA Art Verbotten). To do so we need a design, and given that I am not capable of drawing anything more complex than stick figures, I am soliciting designs from the public. Please submit your design by posting it here or by sending me a PM.

To give you some inspiration, here is a photo of Eiffler taken at a TalossaFest, reproduced with permission from the photographer.

Signed,

For almost all citizens, Art is just a name and otherwise unknown. Maybe some people could post some of the things they remember about him? And did he have arms?

Just trying to think of what might be helpful in designing a stamp, since I'm not sure that picture is the best resource for symbolism.

It would be good to see something happen with this.  Is anything in the works?

I would consider doing something for this, but I don't really know anything about S:reu Eiffler. (Or is it Mr. Eiffler, aka S:reu Verbotten? I'm not sure which was his Talossan name.)

Yeah, I pointed that out above.  This effort really needed someone to spend like ten minutes putting together some info on the guy from the big history and the wiki.  Hopefully that will happen in the future.

In Florencia, John Eiffler is actually the first recipient of the Order of Florencia and has a provincial subdivision named after him. I'm wondering if we could include the fleur-de-lis like symbol in the design to indicate his importance to the province.

What are some major bullet points that might help a herald/artist/whatever get a sense?
