Acting on behalf of the Dean, I can say that the Coletx d'Armeux Rexhital will accept this application, but with some disappointment for the way in which our labour was requested.  This is a formal institution of experienced volunteers who spend their time and energy working on behalf of others, and they deserve the respect of basic courtesy.  The Long Fellow has already begun a mock-up -- he is formally assigned this petition, which may indeed already be complete if the petitioner is happy with the design.  Well done, Long Fellow.
