[Cantzelerïă/Chancery] Call for MCs for the 58th Cosa

It is my pleasure to call for each party to name its Membreaux dals Cosă.

Each party is entitled to the following number of seats:

DIEN - 11
FreeDem - 60
PDR - 14
PT - 9
TNC - 106

Parti da Reformaziun has not paid their party fees and their MCs will not be seated until such time as the fee is received.

Please also note that due to the passage of 57RZ19 we are on a compressed timeline. The first Clark of the 58th Cosa will begin on March 1, 2023. A separate call for bills thread will be opened shortly.

I also encourage the incoming MCs to work on naming a new Seneschal, as one must be named prior to the first Clark to avoid having a ranked choice vote be placed on that Clark.

If I'm doing my math correctly, the maximum seats per MC is 23.

87 votes were cast for the Cosa, and El Lex H.11 says "No person shall hold more seats in the Cosă than ten times the total number of seats in the Cosă divided by the number of ballots cast for the Cosa in the most recent General Election, rounded up to the next integer. (50PD01)"

200 seats in the Cosa times 10 is 2000. 2000 divided by 87 (rounded) is 23.

Per Lex.H.9, I'm pleased to announce that I will be representing the territory of Péngöpäts in the upcoming Cosa.

@Mic'haglh Autófil, MC EiP, it is with regret that @Alexandreu Prominè has lost his seats in the 58th Cosa due to non-voting. As a result, you have 7 seats to be allocated for the upcoming 3rd Clark. Should the seats not be allocated, the Cosa will consist of 193 seats instead of the usual 200 seats.

Please allocate the remaining seats as soon as possible, but at least one day prior to the start of the 3rd Clark.

S:reu SOS, I understand these seats will not take effect until the fourth Clark, but I would ask that they be assigned to myself going forward.
