Er - I have actually assigned you to Maritiimi-Maxhestic, going off the information provided by MinImm in your reimmigration thread. I did double check before issuing your grant, and your stated place of residence does appear to be in Maritiimi-Maxhestic's catchment area.

This is one hell of a grey area, because you previously were a citizen of Talossa, and indeed a citizen of Vuode. Lexhatx E.14 would assign you back to Vuode, but it doesn't apply to you, since you renounced your citizenship rather than have it lapse. If Lexhatx E.7.3.3 was applied, it would allow you to choose between M-M and Vuode, but it's unclear whether the choice can be made by someone who wasn't a citizen at the time of the catchment area alteration.

One thing I missed is that this is all moot since E.7.2. clearly states you are grandfathered in to Vuode. Further complicating matters, I did issue you a ballot for citizens of Maritiimi-Maxhestic, so if the correct province to assign you to was Vuode, you missed out on voting for Vuode's Senate seat. I can only apologise for missing that provision.
