It's great to see fellow Fiovan @Audrada Roibeardet working in what I think is the best Coffee Roaster in the Milwaukee Area.
I'm considering buying some of that Golden Frequency light roaster Ethiopia tbh.
Green Bike and Cream City sounds like what I'm always looking for as well, I'd like to see a follow-up to your experience, @Mic'haglh Autófil, O.Be 8-D

Cream City is my personal favorite. Not the most complex coffee but it is smooth and delicious.

I hope you enjoy the coffee but don't get too attached to Snowmaggedon. That's getting phased out because it's a seasonal coffee. Our Spring launch is called "Bloom". I haven't had it yet so I can't provide an opinion.

Golden Frequency is an interesting coffee. We used the same green coffee but two different roasts. Golden Frequency is a light roast and Midnight Static is a dark roast. Haven't had either of those but I can say they are...fragrant. It's especially noticeable when I'm grinding Midnight Static.

(Note: I work in production. I'm not a barista so I can't offer any advice on brewing.)
