This enquiry is for the Foreign Affairs Minister @Antaglha Xhenerös Somelieir

Last month, there was significant discussion around the Minister's proposed Treaty Between Talossa and Carcosa but things appear to have gone cold.

During said discussion the Minister stated that:

I believe we need to proceed with ratifying this, under the assumption that, it will help us to gauge what we are prepared for as a nation.

But the treaty was not presented to the Ziu for consideration unfortunately. Has there been a change of plans or will the Minister be presenting this treaty to the Ziu in the fourth Clark?
