The Minister posted in a dead terp thread as follows:

Resurrecting a dead thread to remind myself to rewrite the Immigration form now that the requisite law has passed.

Has the Immigration form been rewritten?

Estimat Tuischac'h, the immigration form was rewritten on August 27th.

The Government credits the current boomlet in immigration in part to this minor reform - not only is the new form much easier to navigate, but it has cut down on the use of AI "slop" by removing the trigger word "essay".
