Recommendation of the Appointment of a Clerk of Corts

The current Clerk of Corts has not been responsive even slightly for months, and it is the opinion of the Government that the position stands vacant.  Accordingly, on the recommendation of the Avocat-Xheneral and after seeing his willingness to put himself forward and serve his community, I request that His Majesty appoint @Iac Marscheir as Clerk of Corts.

The Clerk of Corts maintains the records of the Cort, assigns cases when needed, and does the bidding of the justices.  It is an important job, and I am glad we have S:reu Marscheir to do it justice.

It's been a busy day and I haven't had time to assent. Nevertheless, I hereby appoint Iac Marscheir, upon the recommendation of my Government, to the post of Clerk of Courts.
