Session 4 called for l'Etats for June 1-12, 2021

The final session #4 (after 3 prior regular sessions plus one special session) is called for l'Etats for June 1-12.

There may be legislation to be considered and/or referred by l'Etats to the citizens for the upcoming Cézembre election taking place June 14-July 1, along with ratification of the updated CAG based upon enacted legislation. 

Up until the end of session 4, there will be declarations of candidacy for either this body or the post of Le Sénéchal as described in  https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=825.0

Note that draft legislation should be placed in the RAK https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?board=31.0 (which serves a similar function as the Ziu's Hopper) and when sufficiently refined to be brought here, preferably by the start or early on in the session to allow for thoughtful consideration.
