Election question

I feel like i'm being a pain by asking all of these questions but...better to be informed. In the upcoming election i saw a post that said citizens will receive a ballot, will this be sent via email or as a message on Wittenberg or is there some other method i am not aware of yet?

It will be sent to you from the Chancery, the office of the Secretary of State, via email.  This can be a secret vote through the method they'll send.  You can also simply vote on Witt; there will be a thread set up for that purpose, but then your vote will obviously be public.

Ballots will be sent out via email with full voting instructions. I'm setting everything up now in order to be ready for the election.
