We need an M3

Is anyone currently the M3? If so, we will need them to certify to the Assembly that they are ready to conduct the Senate election. If not, we either need to find one or tell the Chancery that it needs to conduct the election for us.

I intend to stand for reelection.

There is no M3.  I believe we should request the Chancery conduct the election for us.
