Appointment of the Fulbright Fellow

On behalf of the Squirrel King of Arms, and continuing the time honored tradition of bestowing the title of Fellow on the newest member of the Royal College of Arms we affectionately refer to as The Oblivious Auditing Fellow (OAF), upon completion of his first Grant of Arms:

Let it be known that from this time forward, and until higher honors are achieved, Carlüs Éovart Vilaçafat shall henceforth be known as The Fulbright Fellow (TFF).
