I would have nominated this one myself had it not already been nominated in the regular TMT20 (that's actually how I found it).

Looking through some of the songs of the 90s and zeroes, Eurovision had again become a rather dull affair. That is, until this iconic, though controversial, performance, which sounded nothing like any of the previous winners, won and completely changed the nature of the whole contest. A Eurovision TMT would not be complete without it.

Since the nominating is going slow, I'm a sucker for the classics, and since we've had the most recent Italian winner, we should also have what should have been their first (sorry for the lack of pyrotechnics and, well, colour), here's
