Umpteenth provincial name change discussion

As the poll has been open the full week, I guess it's safe to say we have not just our top-three candidates, but our clear favorite. I'll draft something tonight to put forth in the Assembly to make Belăcostă the name of the province.

The province so nice, they named it thrice!

- Have a public consultation on this forum to come up with potential new names;
- Decide on a candidate name by some kind of process of elimination, if needed;
- Introduce and pass legislation at the provincial level amending the Constitution;  <--- We Are Here
- Introduce and pass legislation at the national level amending El Lexhatx.

Well nothing about any of this is particularly binding, so if "Belacostă" is the correct spelling of the name proposed above I see no reason why we can't use that instead. (I'm assuming 'ă' doesn't really get used mid-word?)
